The Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors site has lots of useful information about our company, the many services that we offer, about moving to Pennsylvania and specific information about our area.  You can also register for our Home Pilot service to be connected to the Multiple Listing Service.  There you can see all the homes that are currently on the market.  From the PFR site you can link directly to the site for The Trident Group, our financial services company.  On the Trident site you can check mortgage rates, compute payments for varying mortgage amounts, read about obtaining title insurance and get information about homeowners and car insurance.  You can also ask to have someone contact you for answers to more specific questions or you can always e-mail me and I will put you in touch with our person at Trident. 

Schools are often a major concern when moving to a new area.  School information can be obtained on the PFR site but also directly from our largest local newspaper, The Philadelphia Inquirer.  The Inquirer publishes an Annual School Report in the Spring of each year where they compare all the schools in the five county area and New Jersey.  They are broken down by county and within that, by school district. Contact me directly if you have questions about what school districts are near your new job or home. 

There are several sites that I can recommend for information about places to visit, places to stay while you are here, places to dine, the history of the area and the sports and cultural activities that are available.  Chester County has their own site, the Main Line has their own site and the whole Delaware Valley area is covered by the Philly.com site.  Each sports team has their own web site as well; the Phillies at MLB.com, Sixers at NBA.com and Eagles at NFL.com.  We also have a NHL team, the Flyers, with a site at NHL.com.  Philadelphia has many wonderful restaurants and museums, music venues showcasing everything including popular music, symphony, ballet and theater.
